The role involves formalizing project plans, clarifying timelines, milestones, ownership, and driving cross-functional collaboration with TSS, Logistics Technology, Operations, Safety, Finance, and HR.

The position requires regular meetings, travel 30-40%, and a focus on process improvement, training, budget adherence, and development of tracking mechanisms.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in operations, logistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in logistics/operations or supply chain.
• Minimum 3 years in a project management role.
• Knowledge of Penske Logistics practices and product line.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Smartsheet or MS Project.
• Strong communication and independent problem-solving abilities.
