Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical and influencing, written/oral communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel as necessary and pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Work within a prescribed process using tools to analyze data, generate standard routing or load plans, and provide reports and metrics on a regular basis.
• Support the design and implementation of a developed supply chain solution related to Penske business agreements.
• Participate in process improvement teams and cost saving initiatives.
• Apply tactical processes daily within established business rules.
• Meet customer deadlines and provide required metrics.
• Interact with the customer by phone, email or in person on an as-needed basis.
• Resolve situations quickly, communicate status and escalate as needed, with guidance from a senior associate.
• Handle other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
