Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a Manager-Implementations to coordinate and lead the execution of implementation projects across the business. You will formalize project plans, clarify timelines and ownership, and drive process improvements and technology implementation with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include training coordination, budget adherence, and maintaining project templates, with travel up to 30-40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in logistics/operations or supply chain environment.
• Minimum 3 years in a project management role preferred.
• Knowledge of Penske Logistics’ business practices and Product Line.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate execution of implementation projects.
• Formalize and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and ownership.
• Lead cross-functional teams including TSS, Logistics Technology, Operations, Safety, Finance and HR.
• Manage budgets and track project cost implications and compliance.
• Lead regular meetings to ensure plan effectiveness and updates.
