Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services is seeking a Logistics Specialist to oversee the kitting process supporting Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) on-site in Elizabeth City, NC, with hybrid remote authorization. The role requires extensive logistics experience, familiarity with AMMIS/ALMIS and Concerto, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. Daily planning, cost updates, and stakeholder reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with customers and fulfill duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the kitting process to support PDM.
• Attend and report from daily/weekly meetings related to supply/kitting issues.
• Review logistics performance against targets and service agreements.
• Collaborate with departments to meet customer requirements and minimize impact on production.
• Manage inventory accuracy, kit plans, and documentation.
• Develop training materials and conduct internal audits for full kit processes.
