ITI Engineering seeks a Lead Logistics Engineer - Lifecycle Engineering to lead IPS activities across aerospace, defense and mission‑critical systems. You will develop sustainment strategies, LCSPs, LORA, provisioning plans and sparing analyses to optimize readiness and lifecycle cost.

Collaborating with Systems, Design, Reliability, Manufacturing, and Program Management, you will define support requirements, mentor staff, support design reviews, proposals and program milestones.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Typically 10+ years in logistics engineering or sustainment.
• Experience with LCSPs, LORA, logistics analysis, and sparing.
• Experience across development, production, fielding, and sustainment.
• Strong technical leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IPS activities across the product lifecycle.
• Develop LCSPs, maintenance concepts, and support strategies.
• Perform LSAs, LORA, MTA, and repair-versus-replace analyses.
• Develop provisioning, RSPL, and sparing analyses.
• Define support equipment, data, stocking requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, QA, configuration management, and program management.
• Advise leadership on sustainment risks and lifecycle cost.
• Support design reviews, proposals, and program milestones.
• Establish logistics processes and metrics.
• Provide logistics SME mentorship.
