NSI requires a Senior Logistics Engineer to support the PMA 265 Program Office. The Senior Logistics Engineer directs and coordinates program activities designed to provide subcontractors, management, and customers with logistics technology that ensures effective and economical support for manufacturing or servicing of products, systems, or equipment. Responsibilities include analyzing contractual commitments, customer specifications, design changes, and other data to plan and develop logistic program activities from the conceptual stage through the product lifecycle. The role also involves designing and implementing models, databases, and tools aimed at standardizing data analysis, and compiling documentation on data structures and program development for new systems.
Lexington Park, MD/Hybrid
MS or MA Degree in Acquisition, Logistics Management, Management, Business, or Engineering.
At least 10 years of full-time equivalent experience in acquisition related to in-service support of DoD weapons systems, including LORA, maintenance planning, Logistics Support/Supportability Analysis, Operational Availability analysis, or resource requirements analysis. LCC experience is desired. Four years of experience supervising and directing comprehensive analyses across IS elements during a role in an Acquisition command or supporting such a command.
Secret Clearance required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
