Job summary

Quietflex Manufacturing, a member of Daikin Industries LTD, seeks a professional Logistics Manager to oversee our warehouse and distribution operations. You will develop procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain inventory control for finished goods and service parts while mentoring staff in our warehouse system.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in logistics, 3+ years in leadership, and a Bachelor’s in Logistics or related field.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of high‑performance warehouse/distribution operations with focus on bottom-line results.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Advanced MS Office 365 and WMS systems proficiency.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational/time management.
• Analytical ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to work under pressure and make solid decisions.
• Commitment to safety and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑volume, multi‑shift DC operation with 75+ staff.
• Oversee DC facility maintenance and safety programs.
• Develop efficient procedures to maintain warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with Director to set short/long-term goals and KPIs.
• Ensure policies are communicated and followed.
• Labor planning, hiring, and seasonal staffing.
• Interact with customers on service issues and complaints.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management.
• Mentor employees and develop leadership bench strength.
• Manage budgeted operations and control expenses.
