Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex daily dispatch activities for drivers, contractors, and partner carriers.
• Manage assigned customer accounts and transportation activities to meet expectations.
• Monitor shipment activity and address service disruptions to minimize impact.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for customers, drivers, contractors, and partner carriers.
• Support onboarding and implementation activities for new customers.
• Utilize dispatch software and TMS to support transportation operations.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and Hours of Service.
