• Financial Management: Budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting; identify cost savings opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement SOPs to standardize logistics processes; optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with customer service escalation teams and manage courier partner requests.
• Travel 10-15% expected; ensure adherence to service level agreements.
