Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in logistics or related field.
• Experience with Tableau preferred.
• Proven ability to manage financial components of a business operation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations including departure and delivery to customers.
• Proactively identify and resolve challenges in the logistics process.
• Support customer implementation and disengagement processes.
• Collaborate with customer service escalation teams.
• Manage relationships with courier partners and fulfill requests timely.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for logistics.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and ensure budget adherence.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
