Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration preferred.
• 8+ years of experience preferred.
• Experience with Tableau is desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations including departure and delivery to customers.
• Identify and resolve challenges and opportunities in the logistics process.
• Support customer implementation and disengagement processes.
• Collaborate with customer service escalation teams.
• Manage relationships with courier partners for timely requests.
• Manage budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.
