Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration preferred.
• 8+ years of experience preferred.
• Experience with Tableau is desired.
• Proven ability to manage financial components of a business operation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Travel expectations: 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Service Management: Manage daily logistics operations, including departure and delivery to customers; identify and resolve challenges; support customer implementation and disengagement; collaborate with customer service escalation teams; manage courier partner relationships.
• Financial Management: Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting; identify cost savings opportunities; ensure budget accountability and adherence to guidelines; analyze financial data for trends and improvements.
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency; evaluate and optimize logistics processes for cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction; create and maintain SOPs for logistics processes.
