Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator to drive the performance of our outbound transportation network. You will sit at the intersection of data, carrier operations, and cross-functional strategy, coordinating daily execution across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery while building reporting and insights.

The role requires 2–5 years in transportation or logistics, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI (or Tableau) experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, auditability, and timeliness. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes. The work hours are Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Central Time.

Responsibilities

• Operational Execution & Continuous Improvement - Coordinate and execute daily outbound transportation activities across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery.
• Data & Performance Management - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel) to track carrier KPIs.
• Carrier & Contract Support - Partner with leadership on contract implementation and carrier communication.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with Merchandising, Fulfillment, FP&A, S&T, and Pricing to align cost and service targets.
• Ad Hoc Analysis & Project Support - Conduct data-driven analyses to inform outbound network decisions.

What experience will help you in this role:

• 2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI (or Tableau) experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, auditability, and timeliness. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
