• Prepare and analyze department performance measurements.
• Create department reports and communicate with other functions.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans and training systems.
• Participate in special projects and order book management.
• Oversee returns management to ensure fast turnaround and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure shipped products match customer orders and resolve issues.
