• Prepares and analyzes department performance measurements and reports to other functions.
• Develops and implements corrective action plans and training materials for new employees.
• Contributes to process improvements and resolves parts and process issues.
• Manages order books including new orders, open orders and delays; oversees returns to ensure timely delivery.
