The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills to balance inventory with financial targets.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, control and report inventory for the business unit.
• Implement strategies to achieve material plan.
• Provide guidance to planners on planning practices and data integrity.
• Initiate and lead projects to control inventory and achieve inventory plan.
• Analyze material plans and recommend inventory levels.
• Produce weekly reports to forecast and track inventory.
• Balance inventory results with financial records.
• Track inventory issues and assist team members in resolving them.
• Coordinate surplus inventory distribution to other sites.
• Negotiate with brokers to sell surplus parts and initiate scrapping per Celestica procedures.
• Contribute knowledge of inventory management, production planning and MRP systems.
• Support physical inventory count processes.
