Job summary

Adaptive Insight LLC, a SDVOSB, seeks a senior Logistics Analyst III to lead complex analyses for the USCG 4PL program at a Boston facility. This on-site role requires independence, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with government leadership and junior staff.

The candidate will oversee data systems, prepare formal reports, and ensure compliance with data management and credentialing standards, while maintaining professional contractor-customer relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field; five+ years of relevant logistics experience accepted in lieu.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible logistics and supply chain experience, with two+ years in senior/lead federal contracting roles.
• Experience with government logistics platforms, data systems, and federal contracting environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex logistics analysis and root cause analysis for high-impact issues at the USCG facility.
• Serve as the on-site technical authority on government logistics platforms and data systems.
• Develop and submit logistics reports, data packages, and performance documentation for government customers.
• Enter and transfer data from customer orders and procurement documents into government systems accurately.
• Provide oversight and quality review for junior analysts on-site as directed by the Project Manager.
• Engage with USCG representatives to resolve escalated issues and support mission objectives.
• Contribute to development and improvement of standard operating procedures and performance metrics.
