Responsibilities include data analysis, material management support, and logistics program management; ability to process transactions and assist customers is required. The position requires a minimum of 3 years in DoD supply chain management, strong written communication, and comfort working in a fast-paced

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in DoD supply chain management.
• Thorough understanding of Government Logistics processes and/or United States Coast Guard SCM processes.
• Excellent written communication skills including formal document preparation and report drafting.
• Comfortable in a fast paced government contracting climate.

Mansioni

• Accomplishes data gathering and analysis in assigned areas under detailed supervision; supports requirements validation and logistics specs development.
• Assists in preparing material for preliminary and final reports; develops acquisition strategies to support program execution.
• Ensures accuracy and timeliness of data input for internal and external customers; provides face-to-face and virtual customer service; processes sales transactions and inputs receipts.
• Validates sales receipts and processes customer returns.
• Updates files and policy documentation; maintains desk guides and SOPs.
• Coordinates with GSA Store Manager and CSC personnel to resolve discrepancies; maintains documentation per federal standards.
• Provides general administrative support including email sorting and responding to inquiries.
• Assists customers with locating products and performs cashier-like duties in a store environment.
