CR England is seeking an Account Manager in Washington to oversee day-to-day customer accounts, drivers, and office staff from Puyallup, WA. The role carries $100,000-$110,000 salary and a Monday–Friday schedule, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, P&L, forecasting, and vendor relations.

You will drive service excellence, profitability, and growth across key accounts while leading teams and ensuring compliance with safety, on-time delivery, and asset utilization goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• 4 year degree in related field preferred or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• Transportation industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Exceed dedicated customer’s expectations by providing superior service and innovative logistics solutions while building strong relationships.
• Grow revenue with existing customers and non-dedicated business, plus third-party opportunities.
• Budget preparation and P&L responsibility.
• Prepare and analyze monthly forecasts of account profit-and-loss statements, reconcile actual P&L with forecasted P&L and research data for accuracy.
• Provide financial oversight of all assigned operations.
• Oversee administrative functions and reporting for internal management and external customers.
• Lead and develop our people by fostering accountability and clear communication.
• Manage asset utilization to maximize efficiency aligned with customer needs.
• Implement cost-reduction measures to enhance profitability.
