Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Sr. Manager for Local Study Operations to lead the development of LSOM skills and oversee the country portfolio delivery.

You will partner with the Country GSSO Head to foster a robust clinical research environment and drive alignment with global strategies. You will monitor LSOM performance, manage timelines and budgets, mentor LSOMs, and promote best practices, digital innovation, and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of leadership experience managing people or teams.
• Must have 2+ years of clinical execution experience.
• Experience leading projects, programs, or resource allocation.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field qualifies.
• Sponsorship considerations noted; no hard deadline.
