Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications include doctorates or master/bachelor/associate/high school with 2–12 years of clinical execution experience.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience.
• Preferred Qualifications include 7 years in life sciences and managing multiple teams or vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead Local Study Operations Managers to ensure trial implementation aligns with global strategies.
• Oversee country study portfolio scope, timelines, budgets, and LSOM performance.
• Mentor LSOMs and build a high-performing team to sustain optimal operations.
