Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or higher with clinical execution experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead LSOMs to deliver study portfolios within country.
• Oversee LSOMs from feasibility through study close-out.
• Monitor portfolio progress, risk and quality oversight; escalate issues.
• Manage LSOM and vendor performance to ensure high-quality study execution.
• Mentor, train and support LSOMs for complex trials.
• Build and maintain a high-performing team.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between country teams.
• Promote sharing of best practices across country operations.
• Allocate resources and workload across LSOMs (FSP and FTE).
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
