Qualificações

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in banking, financial services, or capital markets.
• Hands-on experience with LoanIQ in BA, operations, or technology delivery.
• Strong understanding of the commercial loan lifecycle, including servicing.
• Experience with syndicated loans, leveraged finance, agency lending, or loan trading workflows.
• Ability to document detailed requirements, data flows, process maps, and test scenarios.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and production implementation.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including business users and technology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a Business Analyst for LoanIQ initiatives: enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders across loan ops, middle/back office, finance, risk and tech to gather requirements.
• Analyze current-state workflows; define target-state processes for varied loan types.
• Translate needs into functional requirements, user stories, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
• Support end-to-end delivery: requirements, design, testing, implementation, post-production support.
• Work with technology teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement review sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Support LoanIQ configuration, data analysis, reporting, interfaces, and system integration.
• Assist with testing: test strategy, test cases, UAT, defect triage, regression testing.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for automation or efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with project managers to track deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones.
• Support change management: training materials, user guides, business readiness.
