Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join a Delivery Pod for LoanIQ implementation, providing SME expertise and bridging business, engineering, and QA teams.

The role focuses on requirements gathering, RESTful services specs, data feeds, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance while coordinating with Front Office, Operations, Finance and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in Business Analysis in banking/financial services.
• Understanding of Accounting terminology and practices.
• Strong understanding of integration design and data flows.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience using AI tools to enhance BA work products and reporting.

Responsibilities

• LoanIQ analysis, requirements gathering and SME expertise for LoanIQ implementation.
• Liaise with Front Office, Operations, Finance and IT to ensure seamless integration across interfaces, feeds and reporting.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items with Product Owner.
• Assist users in setting up/executing User Acceptance Testing.
• Analyze impact of changes on front-to-back systems and architecture.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance frameworks.
