Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year university, preferable in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• 8+ years of experience in multi-field lending and/or credit, collections, loss mitigation, or loan workout experience required.
• Rarely requires performance oversight required.
• Experience in commercial lending and/or real estate development preferred.

Responsabilités

• Improve Asset Quality Through Accurate Risk Assessment and Loan Management.
• Policy & Compliance: ensure timely intake of classified loans and due diligence per policy and regulatory guidance.
• Loan Reporting: prepare Asset Quality Reports and impairment reserve calculations.
• Projects and Staff Oversight: participate in projects and train staff in new processes and procedures.
