Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Loan Support Analyst for Multifamily Capital—Loan Administration. Based in an in-office capacity, you will support the Loan Administration team across servicing, investor reporting and insurance, focusing on data quality, processing transactions, and process improvements.

You will partner with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely responses to inquiries. This role requires a university degree and <1 year of related experience, with opportunities for career growth within the Real Estate organization.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required with <1 year professional experience.
• Experience with loan documentation and regulatory compliance preferred.
• Ability to work with internal/external partners and provide customer-focused service.
• Strong data quality control and process improvement mindset.
• Proficiency with Excel and data reconciliation.
• Knowledge of multifamily real estate financing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile varied and complex loan transactions.
• Collaborate with real estate, servicing, investor reporting and insurance teams.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of documentation and ensure conformance to policies.
• Provide responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests.
• Assist with training new hires and coaching team members.
• Identify and escalate exceptions and process improvements.
