Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Sr Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist (non-exempt) to own complex servicing and ensure accurate processing. This hybrid role reports to the Supervisor - Consumer Loan Servicing and requires a strong background in loan servicing and customer service.

You will audit work, handle high-level loan servicing tasks, respond to escalations, and help strengthen controls while upholding state and federal compliance.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED and/or equivalent work experience required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 4+ years at a financial institution performing customer service and loan servicing required.

Responsibilities

• Process complex loan servicing requests and ensure timely completion.
• Audit and perform first-line quality control on loan products.
• Oversee DMV processing, title perfection, lien transfers, and related tasks.
• Handle escalations with members, dealers, and partners for issue resolution.
