Job summary

Tnbankers is seeking a Loan Servicing Manager to lead a team responsible for the full lifecycle of loan servicing operations, including insurance tracking and escrow administration. This role ensures regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and continuous process improvement across servicing functions.

The position reports to the Loan Operations Manager and emphasizes excellent service to both team members and customers in line with the company’s values and mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 3 years of experience in bank lending, loan operations or related field.
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the Loan Servicing team, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented culture.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff; provide ongoing performance feedback.
• Encourage innovation and process improvements to improve banking operations and compliance.
• Manage the full lifecycle of loan servicing operations, including insurance tracking and escrow administration.
• Oversee payoffs, payment corrections, statements, and maintenance requests.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to servicing and account maintenance.

Education
