The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, plus a solid background in customer service to meet and exceed branch goals. This on-site position collaborates with the Branch Manager and staff, leveraging product knowledge and regulatory compliance to identify customer needs and originate loans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Onsite at the branch office is an essential function; working from home is not permitted.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to meet licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products and services to support branch sales goals and customer expectations.
• Market branch products and services to customers and potential customers.
• Conduct collection calls to arrange payments.
• Seek opportunities to originate new loans with customers.
• Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools.
• Ensure customer information is correct and interactions are documented.
• Meet or exceed branch and individual goals.
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations.
