First Western Trust is seeking an experienced Senior Loan Review Analyst to serve as the department's subject matter expert on complex, high-risk commercial lending relationships. You will assess underwriting quality, risk ratings, collateral, and policy adherence, and communicate findings to senior management and governance committees.

You will mentor Loan Review Analysts, lead independent review engagements, and support regulatory examinations while advancing loan review methodologies and risk

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required.
• 7–10 years in loan review or credit risk roles.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial and mortgage lending principles.

Mansioni

• Act as reviewer-in-charge for complex, high‑risk lending relationships.
• Serve as the department's technical resource for loan review methodology and risk rating practices.
• Perform QA reviews to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Conduct stress testing, concentration analysis and portfolio risk assessments.
• Lead or assist with development of loan review methodologies and tools.
• Communicate significant findings and risk trends to management and committees.
• Support regulatory, internal and external audits by explaining methodologies.
• Mentor and develop Loan Review Analysts through training and guidance.
