Traditional Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor II to handle consumer 1-4 family residential loan disclosures and closing documents across bank locations. You will ensure compliance with Reg Z, RESPA, and other regulations while preparing accounting entries and data entries for new loans.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, ability to train staff, and maintaining security of loan documents in a regular full-time schedule at the Mt. Sterling, KY location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four or more years of loan processing experience for all types of loans with emphasis on real estate and commercial loans.
• Must have general knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation.
• Must be highly motivated individual that can handle a heavy workload and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of general banking procedures acquired through basic banking courses.
• Data processing skills and comfortable with computers.

Responsabilités

• Process and deliver application disclosures and other related documents for consumer 1-4 family residential loan applications for all bank locations.
• Ensure disclosures are provided within designated time frame per regulation.
• Process all closing documents for personal, commercial, real estate and credit line loans for all bank locations.
• Prepare all required accounting entries to activate new loans and pass on on-line entries to the Loan Data Entry Clerk.
• Provide leadership and training within the department.
