Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in loan processing.
• Strong preference for real estate processing/lending experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills—able to build trust, resolve first-level conflicts, and communicate with tact and discretion.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time-management abilities.
• Comfort working extensively with computers and loan systems.
• Commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and member-focused service.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Consumer loan closings with positive, proactive communication.
• Ensure Mortgage/Real Estate loan documents are complete and accurate.
• Prepare closing documents for Consumer and Real Estate loans with high accuracy.
• Facilitate remote closings using DocuSign and update loan applications when changes occur.
• Book, fund, and disburse loan proceeds promptly for both Consumer and Real Estate loans.
• Support cross-team collaboration to ensure smooth loan closings.
