Qualifications

• Loan closing experience required.
• Hard money experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Create loan documents and escrow instructions.
• Coordinate with escrow loan closings.
• Organize electronic files documenting transactions.
