Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of work experience in Corporate Trust and/or Loan Agency or 4+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage risk by reviewing daily processing activities.
• Serve as CLS system expert and respond to client information requests in a timely manner.
• Review loan structures and governing documents to ensure operational mechanics are correct.
• Assist with development and implementation of processes and procedures.
