Zusammenfassung

The Planet Group in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a finance professional for our Bank Loan Team. This hybrid role combines on-site work four days a week with flexibility for remote options.

You will bring a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in bank loans or syndicated loans, with hands-on support of loan operations, settlement, and reporting. Preferred experience with WSO, Allvue/Everest, ClearPar, LoanIQ, and strong Excel skills to analyze data and ensure accuracy for investment teams

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
2+ years of bank loan, syndicated loan, leveraged loan, CLO, or structured credit operations.
Hands-on experience supporting bank loans as an investment product within capital markets, investment operations, fund administration, or trust operations.
Experience with syndicated loan trade support and settlement, coordinating with agent banks, counterparties, traders, and internal teams.
Experience with loan management platforms such as WSO, Allvue/Everest, ClearPar, LoanIQ, Solvas, or similar systems.
Strong understanding of loan portfolio operations, trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, and data validation.
Experience with CLO/CDO portfolio administration is highly preferred, including OC/IC compliance and cash reconciliation.
Experience supporting system implementations, migrations, or process documentation.
