• Trains associates and educates on system enhancements and applications.
• Maintains and updates training materials and manuals for the department.
• Coordinates cross-training and acts as back-up in other functions when needed.
• Prepares reports and spreadsheets for special projects and management review.
• Maintains client documentation and ensures regulatory paperwork is current.
