Responsibilities: • Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines • Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals • Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction Qualifications: • Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit • 3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required • Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry • Banking, business, real estate, or related Bachelor’s degree required • Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred Experience with Encompass LOS preferred Compensation: $68,000 - $200,000
