Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services US is seeking a Servicing Specialist III to lead the management of complex maintenance transactions on loan and lease files in our Atlanta-area operations. The role focuses on accuracy, reporting, and training colleagues to improve service quality.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in lending/captive finance operations, strong customer service and communication skills, and a commitment to compliance and process improvement within a dynamic financial services

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in lending/captive finance operations (Account Services, Funding, Customer Service, Collections).
• Must have reliable transportation and live within commuting distance to Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex maintenance transactions on loan and lease customer files.
• Execute servicing tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Generate reports to track data related to servicing activities.
• Take a lead role in training other specialists within the department.
• Provide expertise to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Stay informed about regulations and best practices relevant to servicing tasks.
• Handle escalated issues and inquiries, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration to achieve department objectives.
