Job summary

FRAZER BANK in Edmond, OK is seeking an experienced Loan Documentation Specialist to prepare consumer, real estate, and commercial loan documents. You will ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

You will work with loan officers, order appraisals, title work, and use LaserPro and Fi-Serve to book and update loans, while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in document preparation or loan operations preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Represents the bank in a positive, courteous, and professional manner across communication channels.
• Orders real estate appraisals, flood determinations, and title work for consumer and commercial properties.
• Prepares general loan documents including commercial, real estate, and consumer loans.
• Reviews credit documentation to ensure alignment with approvals and policy.
• Utilizes LaserPro to create loan notes and agreements.
• Books new loans and renewals in Fi-Serve.
• Performs loan maintenance in Fi-Serve as needed.
• Processes lien entries, UCC forms, mailings, and document filing.
• Monitors and clears outstanding document exceptions.
• Completes special projects as assigned by management.
• Provides support to loan officers and assistants.
