Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Senior Loan Consultant to support the Branch Manager and oversee the efficient operation of the branch. You will ensure staff perform duties accurately while delivering trustworthy, secure, and satisfying service to customers.

The ideal candidate has extensive consumer finance experience and strong lending software skills, with a focus on relationship building and branch profitability. Office environment with growth opportunities and incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with lending software, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and motivation of staff to meet goals and objectives.
• Make loan decisions up to lending limits; process and close consumer loans; collect accounts in delinquency.
• Assist branch manager with business development and selling products to meet sales goals.
• Assist customers with solutions and monitor overall satisfaction.
• Support hiring, staffing, training, performance reviews and terminations as applicable.
• Ensure a high quality of customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
