Qualifications

• College degree in accounting or business preferred.
• 6+ years banking experience with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and document standard and complex commercial loans.
• Review attorney-prepared loan documents for compliance.
• Validate loan documentation against approvals and policies.
• Create LaserPro documentation per loan conditions and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare escrow closing instructions and pre-closing conditions.
• Handle closing activities, wires, funding and related tasks.
• Oversee escrow/recording instructions and quality checks.
• Mentor junior staff and manage performance.
• Maintain LaserPro library and disaster recovery tests.
• Coordinate proposals with Lending, Servicing, and legal teams.
