Qualifications

• College graduate with major in accounting or business preferred.
• Experience: 6+ years banking with 2+ years at senior level; knowledge of commercial loans and international lines of credit.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and document standard and complex commercial loans.
• Validate loan documentation and ensure compliance with approvals and regulations.
• Create LaserPro documentation and closing instructions.
• Perform funding activities including wires and UCC filings.
• Oversee escrow/recording instructions and ensure accuracy of loan packages.
• Mentor and train staff; manage performance and hiring as needed.
