Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or banking required.
• 7+ years general banking experience with 5-7 years consumer and mortgage loan servicing expected.
• 3 years management experience in a role with financial controls, loan documentation, and systems applications.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and occasional non-bank hours.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Loan Booking/Funding team for Mortgage, Retail, Marine & Alternate Banking Booking & Funding.
• Book participated/syndicated loans and specialty finance loans; process draws and fund with participating banks; remit payments.
• Provide guidance, training, and communication about system changes to lending and customer service teams.
• Establish systems and reports to control and monitor loan system databases and general ledger accounts.
• Respond to inquiries; research issues, reverse payments when needed, and correct errors.
• Perform loan extensions and re-amortizations on lender or client request.
• Process investor reports and remits payments.
• Review quality control reports and ensure accuracy of loan tasks.
• Prepare written customer correspondence when applicable.
• Maintain up-to-date bank rate indexes related to loans.
