Seacoast Bank seeks a Loan Booking and Funding Manager to lead a specialized team handling booking and funding for consumer, mortgage and marine loans. You will manage workflow, loan setup, testing of product/system changes, and provide guidance across operations.

The role requires experience in loan systems, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with branches to ensure timely, accurate loan bookings and funding. A supervisory background in banking is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or banking.
• 7+ years general banking experience with 5–7 years consumer and mortgage loan servicing.
• 3 years management experience with financial controls and loan systems.

Responsabilités

• Leads the Loan Booking/Funding team in Mortgage, Retail, Marine & Alternate Banking Booking & Funding.
• Book participated and/or syndicated loans and process draws and funding requests.
• Provide guidance, training and communicate system changes across lending and customer service.
• Develop and maintain procedures to ensure accuracy of loan system data and general ledger accounts.
• Respond to external customers and in-house inquiries, researching and correcting issues.
• Process extensions and re-amortization requests; remit payments to banks.
