Seacoast Bank seeks a Loan Booking and Funding Manager to lead a team responsible for booking and funding consumer, mortgage, and marine loans. The role coordinates loan setup, testing of new products, and ensures timely processing across related departments.

The candidate will guide associates, document procedures, and resolve complex issues while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and bank policies. Strong leadership and banking operations experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; seven+ years banking experience including 5–7 years consumer/mortgage loan servicing and 3 years management with financial controls.
• Proven ability to lead a team, document procedures, and coordinate complex loan processes.
• Familiarity with loan systems, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Leads the Loan Booking/Funding team across Mortgage, Retail, Marine & Alternate Banking Booking & Funding.
• Oversees booking, funding, file maintenance, and remittance processes; supports modifications and draws.
• Provides guidance, training, and communication on system changes; documents procedures.
