Qualifications

• Five plus years of experience in accounting, loan accounting, reconciliation, or related financial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems.
• Working knowledge of general ledger and loan servicing systems.

Responsibilities

• Loan Accounting and Reconciliation: Record, review, and reconcile loan transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables and schedules.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
• Exception Management: Research, investigate, and resolve loan-related discrepancies and system exceptions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Lending, Loan Operations, Accounting, and Treasury teams to support accurate servicing and timely issue resolution.
• System and Process Support: Assist with loan accounting system maintenance, testing, enhancements, and process improvements.
