Job summary

• Conduct inbound and outbound load planning for multiple business units
• Maintain Excel-based calendars and dock schedules
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to support workflow
• Monitor and report trends to proactively avoid shipment delays
• Provide timely information to internal and external stakeholders
• Review POs and Stock Transfer Orders to create SAP deliveries

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in freight modes, transportation systems, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time, cost-effective shipping execution.

Monitor and report trends/issues to proactively avoid shipment delays

Education and Experience:

3–5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain planning (required)

Proficient in SAP (especially EWM), OTM, OMS, and related transportation/logistics systems

Strong understanding of freight modes: small package, LTL, and TL

Advanced Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams proficiency

Knowledge:

Clerical: Knowledge of MS Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word; managing files, records, and related systems

Customer Service: Understanding the principles of quality service delivery and internal/external customer support
