Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Sr Field Service Tech to work independently on delivering, installing, and commissioning data center power equipment such as UPSs, PDUs, RPPs, switchgear, transfer switches, meters, and racks at client facilities.

The successful candidate will have a strong electrical background and a proven track record of working independently with excellent organizational skills. Data center equipment experience is a major plus.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical background.
• Experience working independently.
• Experience with data center equipment (UPS, PDUs, RPPs, switchgear, transfer switches, meters, racks).

Responsibilities

• Install, deliver and commission data center power equipment at client facilities.
• Work independently to ensure equipment functions properly.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure successful handover and commissioning.
