Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Product Quality Engineer specialized in Low Observable Systems for the Fury program in Ashville, OH. You will define and execute quality processes for LO/RF components, working with LO/RF design, manufacturing, and test teams to guarantee robust performance and survivability of autonomous aircraft.

You will drive quality readiness from concept to high-rate production, lead PPAP/FAI, RCCA, and MRB activities, and implement SPC and CPs for LO/RF features.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance (ability to maintain)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM field
• 5+ years in Quality Engineering or related field with RF/LO emphasis
• Experience with RF concepts, antennas, link-budget, and measurement
• Familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001 quality systems and DFMEA/APQP processes
• Ability to develop and approve PPAP/FAI plans

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary quality interface for LO/RF systems within the Fury program across design, manufacturing, and test teams.
• Review LO/RF designs for manufacturability, testability, reliability, and inspectability; ensure clear specifications and test requirements.
• Develop and implement PPAP and FAI for LO/RF components and assemblies.
• Lead RCCA and MRB activities for LO/RF product quality issues.
• Define CPs, SPC, gauges, and sampling plans for LO/RF processes; drive continuous improvement.
• Create robust test plans for LO/RF performance, including anechoic/nearfield/far-field testing and RCS measurements.
• Audit and improve the Quality Management System for LO/RF manufacturing and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality readiness from prototyping through production ramp.
• Analyze KCCs/CTQs and establish measurement systems for LO/RF performance (RCS, IR, RF).
• Ensure conformance to AS9100/ISO9001 standards and regulatory requirements.
