Job summary

ReCode Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Research Associate to conduct lab experiments that support scalable LNP-encapsulated nucleic acid formulations and manufacturing processes. You will join a multidisciplinary team and contribute to RNA therapeutics development, emphasizing LNP formulation and process development.

The role requires proactive collaboration, strong communication, and hands-on lab work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety in the lab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master in a related scientific discipline with typically 3+ years (MS) or 5+ years (BS) of laboratory experience
• Hands-on experience with HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS and lipid analysis preferred
• Strong data analysis and MS Office skills; attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Perform formulation development and in-process characterization.
• Operate unit operations such as mixing, dialysis, tangential flow filtration, and sterile filtration.
• Maintain electronic lab notebooks and documentation records.
• Support R&D and project management meetings.
• Adhere to laboratory safety requirements and procedures.
